 Shipping and Returns Policy

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. 

Tracking information is provided via email.

Our policy lasts thirty (30) days. If thirty (30) days have gone by since your purchase, we will not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. However, you are responsible for shipping costs.

If the item has been used, in addition to shipping, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will also be charged.

If the item is defective or damage, in addition to a full refund, you will not be responsible for shipping costs.

The item that you are returning should be repackaged with all the cords, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.

Gift cards purchases are non-returnable.

Please do not ship items directly to us.

To complete your return, please send an email to returns@massageguncity.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping label.        

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 days.  You may not, however, be able to see the credit on your credit card statement for another 10-14 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your credit card account again.

Please contact your credit card company, for it may be taking some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should use the shipping labels that are provided with your RMA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was a defective or damaged during shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
